The people behind the music

About Elite Studios

A community of students and teachers sharing inspiration, motivation, fun and empowerment through music.

Our story

From a love of teaching to a community of musicians.

Lisa DiFazio began teaching piano at 15 after earning her RCM Grade 10 certification. At 22, she moved to Windsor while working on her ARCT with instructor Maria Rost.

Her focus has always been on helping students build a strong foundation and grow into confident musicians. Today, that approach extends across the Elite team, with teachers bringing their own experience, personality and musical strengths to the studio.

That full-circle growth is part of the Elite story. Anthony Grammatico first learned with Lisa, later returned as a teacher for five years, and is now pursuing law school. Ireland Noade followed her own path from student to teacher: after more than 13 years at Elite and completing her required piano and theory examinations, she joined the teaching team in fall 2026.

Alongside lessons, Elite creates opportunities to share music through showcases, bands, camps and early-years programs — including Parents & Tots, led by Lisa and Jessica Bondy.
